President, CEO & Founder (NRT)
John is the founder and CEO of NRT Technology Corp, which he launched in 1993.
John has an engineering background which served him well in developing NRT into a global gaming industry technology leader. With more than four decades of experience in the gaming and retail technology industries, he is driven by an entrepreneurial spirit, vision and determination that have fueled such a successful track record. John can be credited with several inventions that have dramatically changed the operational efficiency and revenue generation of gaming floors around the world, including, ticket redemption (TITO) kiosks, jackpot attendant kiosks, and 3-in-1 ATM imbedded into ticket redemption kiosks.
John was named the E&Y Entrepreneur of the Year in 2005 (Data and Communications Technology). In addition, under John’s leadership NRT has been awarded the “Canada’s 50 Best Managed Companies” designation for each of the last 11 years, including 5 years in a row as a “Platinum” member of the prestigious 50 Best Managed Companies club.
Under John’s leadership, the company is set to transform as it merges with Sightline Payments in a combination that will result in the only entity capable of meeting all cash and cashless payments, marketing, big data, table game analytics, casino cage and compliance solution needs for global gaming operators.
Following close of the pending merger between NRT and Sightline, John will assume the role of Chairman and Chief Technology Officer for NRT Sightline.
President, CEO & Founder (Sightline)
Kirk is the founder and CEO of Sightline Payments, which he launched in 2010.
As a pioneer and leader in marketing and payment services for the casino industry, he has managed a variety of transactions in M&A, leverage recapitalization, high yield financing, private equity and initial public offerings.
Prior to launching Sightline, he was the founder, CEO, President and Director of Everi Holdings, Inc. (formerly Global Cash Access Inc.) (NYSE: EVRI). His entrepreneurial vision took Everi from a startup to a company with more than $1.5 billion market capitalization, $650 million in annualized revenues, and 400 employees globally. Previously, Kirk was also the CEO, President and Owner of Central Credit, a leading provider of gaming patron credit information (markers) services to casinos around the world. He began his career in gaming at the age of 25 as the general manager and Executive Vice President of a gaming industry payments joint venture with Bank of America.
Following close of the pending merger between NRT and Sightline, Kirk will assume the role of President and CEO for NRT Sightline.
EVP, Strategic Initiatives (Sightline)
Omer is the co-founder and EVP of Strategic Initiatives for Sightline, bringing more than 10 years of global operations experience in the gaming payment industry.
Previously, he served as President of UB Ventures, a service provider to the prepaid card industry. Prior to this, he was SVP of Cash Access Services for Global Cash Access Inc. (NYSE: GCA), where he had P&L responsibility for over $350 million in revenue and over $75 million of EBITDA and was an integral part of the team that successfully launched GCA’s products and services in Macau. Before joining GCA, he was the VP of Product Development and Sourcing for Phoenician Imports, Inc., a privately held wholesaler and retailer of home and hotel furnishings, operating in the Southern U.S., and Latin and South America. In this capacity, he also gained much experience living and working in China. Omer started his career in debt capital markets, and healthcare corporate and investment banking with Wachovia Securities.
Following close of the pending merger between NRT and Sightline, Omer will assume the role of EVP Strategic Relationships for NRT Sightline.
EVP & Chief Marketing Officer (NRT)
Michael leads NRT’s global marketing, communications, and product design and strategy teams.
This team is responsible for all initiatives to support NRT’s portfolio of products and services, market intelligence, communications efforts, and corporate brand strategy across all business channels. Since joining the company in 2004, and now a member of NRT’s leadership team, Michael oversees all of the day-to-day business activities, to ensure consistency and clarity of NRT products and services for its customers around the globe.
Following close of the pending merger between NRT and Sightline, Michael will assume the role of EVP & Chief Marketing Officer for NRT Sightline.
EVP of Operations (Sightline)
Tom is Co-Founder and EVP Operations of Sightline, with over 30 years of diverse gaming experience in casino operations, gaming payment and ticket redemption businesses.
Tom oversees operations, technology and products. Most recently, he served as SVP of NRT Technology and President of Centre Payment Systems. Prior to this, he was EVP of Business Development for Global Cash Access (NYSE:GCA), a role in which his strategic vision revolutionized a number of cash access service offerings. Prior to GCA, he was with Park Place Entertainment and Harrah’s in various operational positions.
Following close of the pending merger between NRT and Sightline, Tom will assume the role of EVP Global Products for NRT Sightline.
Chief Digital Officer (NRT)
As Chief Digital Officer, Aron oversees some of the company’s key cutting-edge technologies and initiatives. He is an award-winning innovator, and most recently, the founder and CEO of OfferCraft, which was acquired by NRT Sightline.
Prior to this, he served as CEO of MacroView Labs, a mobile software start-up that was acquired by Bally Technologies (now part of Scientific Games NASDAQ: SGMS); Vice President of Mobile & Interactive at Bally; an SVP at Hill & Knowlton (part of WPP); and a Director at The Advisory Board Company, a top healthcare consulting firm (part of UnitedHealth Group). As an industry thought leader on a wide range of business and future technology topics, Aron has been invited to deliver more than 1,000 presentations at conferences globally, and in 2011, was named one of the Top 10 Rising Business Leaders, by Las Vegas Business Press.
Following close of the pending merger between NRT and Sightline, Aron will serve as Chief Digital Officer for NRT Sightline.
EVP Sales (Sightline)
Diran is co-founder and Executive Vice President of Sales for Sightline, with nearly 40 years of experience in the gaming, hospitality and retail industries.
Prior to his announcement of retirement in early 2008, he was Executive Vice President of Sales for Global Cash Access Inc. (NYSE: EVRI). Under his direction, over the span of a decade he tripled annual revenues and EBITDA to $600 million and $100 million, respectively. Prior to GCA, Diran was with First Data Corporation, serving as Vice President of the Chase Banking Alliance for the Travel and Entertainment sector. He also has 15 years of consumer product sales and marketing experience specializing in product sales to department stores, mass merchants, drug store chains, wholesale clubs and supermarkets.
Following close of the pending merger between NRT and Sightline, Diran will assume the role of EVP Sales for NRT Sightline.
EVP Corporate Development & General Counsel (NRT)
Josh is responsible for legal, regulatory compliance and corporate development activities for NRT. Over the past 10 years, Josh has been instrumental in driving NRT’s growth through a series of strategic acquisitions and partnerships, most recently with a string of 6 acquisitions between September 2017 and June 2018. Josh also assumed the role of Interim General Manager for TNS Solutions (2014 to 2016) following NRT’s acquisition of Fiserv, Inc.’s ATM ISO assets. Prior to rejoining NRT in 2008, Josh practiced corporate/commercial litigation at a boutique firm in Toronto, and later practiced corporate law Bennett Jones LLP.
Following close of the pending merger between NRT and Sightline, Josh will assume the role of EVP Corporate Development & General Counsel for NRT Sightline.
Chief Financial Officer (NRT)
Since joining NRT in 2007, James has been responsible for overseeing all financial matters relating to corporate finance, acquisition, financial planning & strategy, budgets and financial gaming compliance regulations.
James has over 20 years of experience in the business and financial industries. Upon attaining the designation of (Canadian) Chartered Accountant (CA) in 1998, he practiced tax until his move to Molson Breweries, where he served as Manager, Corporate Taxation, followed by Director, Corporate Taxation, and ultimately Director, Strategic Planning. James then transferred to the House of Blues Concerts Canada, where he served as VP, Strategic Planning and managed development of the Canadian Concert promotion business. In 2001, James accepted the role of SVP, Operations and Treasurer of the Canadian Football League where he oversaw all aspects of business operations.
Following close of the pending merger between NRT and Sightline, James will assume the role of Chief Financial Officer for NRT Sightline.
EVP of Sales and Client Relationships (NRT)
Rosa oversees the Global Sales Department (Canada and the U.S.), which serves as the catalyst for the development of new products, enhancements to current products, submissions for compliance in new jurisdictions, and the evolution of internal service groups to meet the needs of an expanding customer base.
Since joining NRT in 2001, Rosa has managed year-over-year sales growth, which has resulted in added revenues, increased customers and new territories. Rosa plays a leading role in new business development, including negotiating all major corporate accounts, as well as being responsible for validating the evolving business needs of existing clients, and cultivating new sales opportunities. As a Certified Project Leader, she also has a successful background as a management consultant and considerable experience in the corporate retail industry.
Following close of the pending merger between NRT and Sightline, Rosa will assume the role of EVP Client Relationships for NRT Sightline.
SVP Client Success (Sightline)
In her role as SVP, Mandi oversees client implementation, relationship management and strategic initiatives to bring innovative cashless gaming solutions to casinos globally.
Mandi has over 16 years of operations experience in the gaming payments industry, including cash access, electronic check cashing, ATM and kiosk solutions. Prior to this, she served as Associate Vice President of Gaming Business Development at FIS (NYSE:FIS), formerly known as Certegy. In that position, she was responsible for bringing new products to market, and developing strategic relationships with domestic and international gaming operators. During her tenure at FIS, she also held various positions within operations, product development, project management and relationship management, including four years of experience across national retail, e-commerce and payroll check cashing payment solutions.
Following close of the pending merger between NRT and Sightline, Mandi will assume the role of SVP, Cashless Solutions & Deposit+ for NRT Sightline.
SVP Table Game Solutions (NRT)
Ryan is the COO and Founder of Visual Limits, which was launched in 2005 and recently acquired by NRT Sightline.
He has 25 years of technology experience in hardware and software, with 16 years spent working in the gaming industry. As the innovator behind the company’s table games related technology advancements, Ryan uses his industry expertise and comprehensive knowledge of both front and back of the house casino operations, to elevate table game systems. He’s also the founder of DiscChoice, which featured a DVD kiosk that could produce video DVD’s internally for rental or purchase. Ryan has been featured in major publications as the Las Vegas Review Journal and Las Vegas Sun, which named him one of the city’s 40 under 40.
Following close of the pending merger between NRT and Sightline, Ryan will assume the role of SVP Table Game Solutions for NRT Sightline.
VP Information Services (NRT)
Eva leads the NCC Gaming business unit, offering cage credit and compliance solutions to casinos.
With 15 years of gaming experience in Cage, Credit, Compliance and Table Games, she was selected as a Subject Matter Expert by ACAMS (Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists). Her work on risks and methods of money laundering and terrorist financing in casinos, internet gaming, e-cash, online banking and investments, was published in the 6th edition of CAMS Study Guide, now used by aspiring CAMS members worldwide. Eva’s diverse knowledge of the gaming industry and her strategic vision were the key to the development and success of the first competitive gaming report introduced by NCC in 2016. Eva is CAMS certified (Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist).
Following close of the pending merger between NRT and Sightline, Eva will assume the role of SVP Information Services for NRT Sightline.
SVP AML Compliance (NRT)
Tom is responsible for overseeing NRT’s AML (anti-money laundering) software and NCC Compliance.
He brings over 17 years of experience in software development for the cage, compliance and audit areas of casinos. Previously, he served as Vice President of Financial Products at Genesis Gaming LLC and Chief Operating Officer at NeWave, a leading compliance software provider to the casino industry, and has helped to launch seven casinos in various jurisdictions across the U.S.
Having been involved in key areas, from the casino floor, to navigating tokens, tickets and now a cashless system, he is greatly experienced in addressing the challenges associated with coordination between casinos. Fostering a system of collaboration and trust among casino properties, he has developed innovative software solutions that will benefit the gaming industry as a whole.
Following close of the pending merger between NRT and Sightline, Tom will assume the role of SVP of AML Compliance for NRT Sightline.
SVP International Sales (NRT)
Since joining NRT in 2005, Art has been responsible for cultivating new business opportunities in the international gaming market and within new vertical industries, such as lotteries and banking.
In addition to engaging potential opportunities internationally, Art manages NRT’s international sales staff and relationships with distributors and partners. With over 20 years of experience in the banking industry, he has held leadership positions in IT Project Management, point-of-sale product innovations, telecom strategic planning, IT operations, client support and application development. Prior to joining NRT, Art was in charge of technology and business development at a leading supplier of centralized cash vault management systems to the financial services industry.
Following close of the pending merger between NRT and Sightline, Art will assume the role of SVP, International Gaming for NRT Sightline.
VP Payments and Kiosk Solutions (NRT)
Since 2006, Jody has managed customer success and revenue growth strategies for NRT’s ATM business. In this role,
Jody is responsible for NRT’s global ATM ISO business, cash access and kiosk solutions, and focuses on increasing the number of devices and processing volumes for the company’s global customer base.
His background is in gaming, including roles as a casino host, casino cage cashier and casino operations supervisor – all of which has prepared him with unique insights into NRT’s customers’ experience. He has considerable experience in the payments processing space, having spent 12 years at TNS in successive senior roles in customer service and solutions.
Following close of the pending merger between NRT and Sightline, Jody will assume the role of SVP Payment and Gaming Solutions for NRT Sightline.
SVP Systems and Development (NRT)
Since joining NRT in 2017, Joe has been responsible for all software development, payment systems and project management functions, helping to drive innovation and modernization of the assets which made NRT the leading provider of cash access hardware and solutions to the global gaming market.
He has over 38 years experience in the POS, banking and payment industries. Previously, Joe served as President of TDG Inc, a software development company to the embedded payments terminal industry specializing in cryptology, chip cards, near field communication, PCI and EMV, where he managed a team of software developers, project managers and quality assurance analysts. TDG provided services to large acquirers and issuers such as First Data, TD Bank, BMO and Moneris, leading terminal manufacturers and large retailers such as Safeway, A&P, McDonald’s, HBC and Ikea.
Prior to this role he was Senior Architect for the Bank of Montreal, working on strategic initiatives and performing technical due diligence evaluations for various mergers and acquisitions.
Following close of the pending merger between NRT and Sightline, Joe will assume the role of SVP Systems and Development for NRT Sightline.
SVP, Services & Operations (NRT)
Since joining NRT in 1998, Gary has been responsible for all management issues related to operations, focusing on service, manufacturing and warehouse logistics.
His primary duties center on the design, testing and quality assurance measurement for all NRT products. He also manages relationships with NRT’s hardware support vendors and specialists. Prior to joining NRT, Gary was at MAI for 25 years, where he held various management positions, including Director of Sales, Director of Service and Director of Operations.
